Staff very friendly & helpful. The pool area is clean & did not struggle getting a lounger. The food is good & a fairly large choice. Animation team are great . Cute gift shop on site selling bags, nougat, cigarettes,snacks, souvenirs. Rooms are clean but due an upgrade. especially the bathroom.. but you don’t go away to sit in the bathroom. TV & fridge in room & drinking water provided . overall a lovely stay. Have re booked for next year

I stayed in 5 hotels in Tunisia during my stay and this one has the best choice of food. The hotel was nice. It was clean. Good location. Great staff.

Oh my I can’t fault it, from the very start when I arrived, first impressions was I loved the building, staff where very welcoming, it was late into the evening and the staff was more concerned about me getting myself something to eat, which I thought was a sweet gesture. Around every designated area staff where very friendly. In particular the kitchen staff they made extra effort to go and get me food and set the table up for me. Entertainment was excellent, games & sports always an activity going on. All I would like to say is El Mouradi Palm Marina be proud of yourself and keep up the good work which I’m sure you will. مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ 💞

The staff were absolutely wonderful, they could not have done more to help. They organised a hire car, day trips, an early check in... Nothing was too much trouble. The beach and pool are wonderful and the rooms beautiful. The food was delicious and it was fab to have traditional Tunisian options.

It's was not my first time and it will not be my last. You just get the best value on the market. Really the people are wonderful (staff), food is great, I love the dinning place where you eat and watch the palms...also it really is all inclusive. You cant ever get hungry, thirsty. The heart of the resort is the animation team. Lots of energy, honest smiles and just really the best people. Its a great place and I sure would visit again.

Excellent food and service in the restaurant and bar. Excellent and efficient reception services. Nice clean rooms with modern furniture and large size rooms with great seaviews
